The Ministry of the Attorney General announced an expansion of the online filing service of the small claims court in Ontario. If your claim is for $25,000 or less, you can now file a small claim and pay the associated court fees online. Furthermore, if the person you are suing does not respond to your claim, you can take additional steps online.
